Conference Sessions
Since 2001, Iter/its partners have sponsored sessions on the applications of new technology in scholarly research, publishing, and teaching at various meetings of the Canadian Society for Renaissance Studies / Société canadienne d’études de la Renaissance, the International Congress on Medieval Studies (Western Michigan University), the Renaissance Society of America, the Sixteenth Century Society and Conference, the Society for the History of Authorship, Reading and Publishing, and the Toronto Renaissance and Reformation Colloquium. Sessions feature the contributions made by new and emerging methodologies and the projects that employ them, and the impact of new technologies on research, teaching, publishing, and beyond, in the context of Medieval and Renaissance Studies.
Examples of the many areas considered by members of our community can be found in the list of sessions presented, and in those papers published thus far in the series New Technologies in Medieval and Renaissance Studies.
